Cancellations received up to 7 business days prior to the date of training will not be charged the course fee.

Cancellations within 7 business days prior to the training date, and in no-show up the case, registrants liable to pay the full amount.

Substitutions within a company are permitted, requests must be submitted through email.

IAVC reserves the right to amend content, expert(s), venue, and date(s) of the training program.

In case of training cancellation, participants will be refunded the course fee in full.

IAVC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation.
