Meet the Faculty
Vikrant Potnis
Vikrant, the Founder of FundEnable, leads a dynamic platform dedicated to empowering startup founders in their quest to secure funding and investors to invest capital in innovative startups. Through a comprehensive approach, FundEnable equips entrepreneurs with the necessary tools, connections to potential investors, and guidance throughout the funding process. The platform has an impressive track record, having successfully raised over 200 Crores in funding for various startups. Vikrant has personally trained over 2,000 founders and over 500 aspiring angel investors.
Some notable recent achievements include securing 150 Crores in funding for EMotorad, an electric cycle startup based in Pune, 48 Crores for WorkIndia, seed round for TaskTracker.
Vikrant also has a dynamic portfolio of startups that he has invested in.
FundEnable's influence extends to collaborations with more than 50 renowned incubators, supporting their startups in their capital-raising endeavors.
Before establishing FundEnable, Vikrant honed his expertise in investment banking and venture capital with organizations like JP Morgan and Springboard Ventures. His experience spans diverse sectors, including Consumer, Healthcare, and Technology, where he successfully orchestrated various fundraising transactions.
Vikrant serves as a visiting faculty member, imparting knowledge in Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship at esteemed institutions like IIM Bangalore NSRCEL, SPJIMR, XLRI, EDII etc. His insights and expertise have also earned him a place as a featured speaker on CNBC's Startup Nation.
Vikrant has completed his BTech from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, later obtained specialization in entrepreneurship and venture capital from Cornell University's Cornell 60 Program. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Venture Capital. Vikrant was honored with the Times Business Award for 2023.
